Amy B. Carruthers, MD

Dr. Amy Carruthers has been practicing primary care since 1996 here in Westlake.  She is married with three busy teenage children.  She has a special interest helping families navigate the world with a special needs child.  In her free time, Dr. Carruthers enjoys reading, sports, and traveling to her family’s lakehouse.

Marcia L. Columbro, MD

Dr. Marcia Columbro is one of the founding partners of Partners in Pediatrics and has been providing care to children since 1989.  She serves as the medical site director for the practice.  Within Partners and Pediatrics she oversees the Rainbow Care Connection Pediatric Accountable Care Organization, which strives to provide improved services and care to patients.  Dr. Columbro is on various boards and committees including the Epilepsy Physician Advisory Board and Polaris Vocational School Community Advisory Board. She has been married for 25 years and has 4 children. She has received awards such as the YWCA Women of the Year award and Polaris' Rising Star award.

Andrew Garner, MD, PhD

Born and raised in Lancaster, PA, Dr. Garner is a graduate of Swarthmore College (1989, With Distinction in Psychobiology). Dr. Garner is also a product of the Medical Scientist Training Program at Case Western Reserve University (MD 1997, PhD 1996) and the Pediatric Residency Training Program at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (2000).

Dr. Garner began practicing primary care pediatrics in 2000. Dr. Garner is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and faculty with the Center on Child Health and Policy at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital. He is a past member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Committee on Psychosocial Aspects of Child and Family Health. He is currently a member of the AAP's Leadership Workgroup on Epigenetics, and Chair of the AAP's Leadership Workgroup on Early Brain and Child Development. For 2012-2014, Dr. Garner is Vice President/President-Elect of the Ohio Chapter of the AAP.

When not cherishing some quality time with his wife (Sharon), son (Timothy), daughter (Deborah), and dog (Bear), Dr. Garner likes to fish, hike, canoe, and practice Tae Kwon Do (First Dan).

Kathleen Grady, MD

Dr. Kathleen Grady has been a practicing pediatrician since 2005.  Dr. Grady initially worked for the University of Chicago before joining a General Pediatric practice in the Chicago area.  Born and raised on the east side of Cleveland, Dr. Grady spent most of her adult life in Chicago until returning to Cleveland and joining Partners in Pediatrics.  Continuity of care and helping patients establish healthy habits early in life are some aspects of General Pediatric practice that Dr. Grady enjoys.  In her spare time, Dr. Grady likes traveling, camping, reading, and supporting the Irish arts.

Mary Kay Greenberg, MD

Dr. Mary Kay Greenberg has been in practice with Partners in Pediatrics since 1995 and has been a Clinical Instructor in Pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine for the past 18 years. She is especially interested in promoting healthy physical and emotional development in infants, children and teens, and she enjoys forming long-term relationships with her patients and their families.  She lives in Westlake with her husband and two teenage children.  In her spare time, she enjoys bicycling, attending her children's sporting events, reading, and traveling with her family.
